Jean-Christophe Elineau chaired the 2008 Libre Software Meetings (L.S.M.) in Mont-de-Marsan. He heads Aquinetic Cluster (regional cluster in open technologies) supported by the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region. Aquinetic’s main vocation is to promote the emergence of free and innovative projects around a start-ups accelerator « La Banquiz ». He is also municipal councillor in a small village in South West of France (Brocas) in charge of digital and Open Data.
