Rebeca Marciel leads Gartner Consulting for Iberia (Spain and Portugal). Ms. Marciel works across industries in order to design and create large-scale, sustainable combinations of Digital technologies, business and people capable of executing new ideas. Ms Marciel is co-founder of the start-up Opensalud and holds a GMP Exec. Education degree by Harvard Business School and Ms degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the University Carlos III in Madrid.
